MIC Labs is led by Senior Metallurgists and well experienced Mechanical Engineers under the eminent mentorship of Emeritus Scientists from reputed R & D organizations.

MIC Labs has a visionary target not only to limit the testing services as just a commercial activity but to shape it with scientiic approach by offering expert analysis and comments on test data in addition to standard reports. Having executed most complex tests with this capability gives us cutting edge over the close contenders.
Lab has 3 metallurgical engineers and 3 mechanical engineers that gained work experience with high proile clients viz., Defence labs, CSIR Labs, Atomic Research, IITs, NITs, Industry and Private Research Labs. Our team has been serving both R&D and QC Labs in the above sectors having out-and-out exposure on testing various Materials using different Test Standards. Cumulative experience of our
team is over 62-man years.
Our scope under NABL accreditation demonstrates competency of the team in handling various test standards that involves most complex tests viz., 1000⁰C Elevated Temperature Strain Controlled Low Cycle Fatigue Tests, 1000⁰C Elevated Temperature Fracture Mechanics Tests and 1000⁰C Elevated Temperature High Cycle Fatigue Tests.
