1. Visual Inspection
   The rebar and coupler are first inspected for surface defects, proper threading, and correct installation alignment.

2. Slip Test
   The rebar coupler is subjected to a slip tensile test to measure the relative movement between spliced bars under load. This ensures the coupler maintains structural integrity under tension.

3. Tensile Strength Test
   The assembly is tested using a tensile testing machine to determine the ultimate load-carrying capacity of the coupler connection.

4. Cyclic Tensile Test
   This test involves applying repeated load cycles to evaluate the durability and fatigue resistance of the coupler, simulating real-world stress conditions.

5. Low & High Cycle Fatigue Tests
   The rebar coupler is tested for low cycle fatigue (for seismic or heavy-load scenarios) and high cycle fatigue (for long-term vibrational loads) to ensure performance over time.

6. Measurement & Reporting
   All test data, including elongation, yield, ultimate strength, and slip values, are precisely measured and documented in a comprehensive test report.
