ADMET – DPG Concrete Indicator Specifications
The ADMET DPG Concrete Indicator is designed specifically for concrete testing, offering features that improve accuracy and ease of use in various concrete material testing scenarios.
Test Method Display:
- The top line displays the active test method being used, alongside either the force or stress value.
Test Rate Display:
- The lower line shows the testing rate as a bar graph or numerically during the test, providing real-time feedback on test speed.
Post-Test Results:
- After the test is complete, the results are displayed numerically for clarity and detailed analysis.
Reports:
- Detailed reports include:
- Maximum Force and Maximum Stress
- Specimen Geometry and Specimen Dimensions
- Date, Time, and Specimen Number
- Detailed reports include:
Calibration:
- Four calibration tables stored in permanent memory, with up to 5 calibration points per table, offering high accuracy through piecewise linear fits.
- Supports multiple transducers or load frames for flexible testing setups.
Test Parameter Storage:
- Test parameters are stored in memory, allowing for quick switching between different types of tests and samples (such as 6×12 cylinders, 4×8 cylinders, 2-inch cubes, or beams).
Real-Time Display:
- Numeric or graphical display of testing rate in real-time, offering feedback to the operator to adjust the test rate according to ASTM standards.
- Selectable units for force or stress per minute or per second.
Data Storage:
- Store up to 1,000 test results in permanent memory for easy retrieval and analysis.
The DPG Concrete Indicator provides accurate, real-time feedback, easy calibration, and robust data storage, making it an ideal tool for concrete material testing in accordance with ASTM requirements.
